ILLUSTRATION & GAME DESIGN

Children’s Cultural Centre Kotilo in Oulu celebrated the 20th Lumotut sanat literary art festival in 2026 and commissioned me for festival’s illustrator of the year. The exhibition, Varjossa kukkiva auringon poika, is based on the words and worlds of poet and artist Jukka Itkonen. Part of Noise created the game, titled Gardener or Puutarhuri in Finnish, for the exhibition. The game art is hand drawn and the art was on display in the exhibition thru small dioramas.

Gardener takes its main inspiration from Kaikki hyvin kasvimaalla (All Good in the Garden) which Itkonen wrote.
