Suomalaisen ruoan laatukirja, edited by Jari Hanska, is a book about the quality and culture of Finnish food and food production. The inspiration for the down-to-earth layout and illustrations was the Finnish nature and the colors of the nature and the seasons. Photos by Raisa Kyllikki Ranta. Published by Vastapaino 2020, 208 pages, 150x225 mm.
